Questions, corrections, a tool you'd like us to build, or something on the site behaving oddly — email is the best way to reach us.

A few things that help

• If a measurement looks wrong — tell us which tool, what device you're using and what you measured. Screens differ enormously, and that detail lets us reproduce the problem rather than guess at it.
• If you'd like a new tool — describe the sum you're doing by hand. The more ordinary and repetitive it sounds, the more likely it is to become a tool.
• If a printable didn't print at the right size — check your print dialog is set to 100% or Actual Size rather than Fit to Page, then tell us if it still misbehaves.

We're a small operation, so please be patient if a reply takes a few days. Every message is read by a person.
